Tina M. Hall
Tina M. Hall opened her law office in January 2005 in Terrell, Texas. Ms. Hall has a general civil litigation practice and has worked on cases involving: Divorce, Child Support, Custody, Name Changes, Guardianships, Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury and Appeals. Ms. Hall also helps clients with drafting and probating Wills as well as drafting the following documents: Living Will, Medical Power of Attorney, Durable Power of Attorney, HIPPA Release, and Health Care Directive. Ms. Hall also represents clients involving criminal indiscretions such as: possession of marijuana, driving while intoxicated, theft, failure to Identify, assault, disorderly conduct, probation revocation, and traffic tickets. Ms. Hall graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Business Administration. Ms. Hall worked as a paralegal for 2 years before attending Creighton University School of Law. Ms. Hall is licensed to practice law in Texas and has been practicing for over 12 years in Dallas, Garland, Mesquite, Forney, Rowlett, Rockwall, Greenville, Kaufman, and other surrounding cities. Ms. Hall's legal research and writing skills are superior. Ms. Hall was a member of Creighton University's Law Review and Co-Authored the following articles: Enforcement and Avoidance of Agreements, State Bar of Texas Advanced Family Law Course, San Antonio, Texas August 2007 and Controlling the Controlling Spouse–Mediation and Trial, State Bar of Texas Advanced Family Law Course, San Antonio, Texas 2008. Ms. Hall took a sabbatical in 2014 and lived in Honolulu, Hawaii where she enjoyed hiking, surfing, kayaking, and laying on the beach.
